1 oz. Silver Austria Philharmonic
The Austrian Mint began producing the Silver Philharmonic in 2008 in response to a rise in the demand for bullion silver coins. The coin’s design is the same as the popular gold Philharmonic on both sides, with the exception of the face value (1.5 euros), and has a purity of .999 fine silver. While the coins can be purchased individually, they are packaged at the mint in 20-coin tubes, 25 tubes to a box (500 coins total).
